Casa Dar sits on 1/2 an acre of beautiful Baja Sur land near Todos Santos and is just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the Pacific Ocean.
The property includes two houses with sweeping views of the mountains to the east and the ocean to the west. Between the two houses there is 2400 square feet of indoor space and even more of outdoor decks, patios, and a shared pool. Each house is two stories. The first level includes a living room (with a sofa bed), dining room, kitchen, and 1/2 bath. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The lower house also includes a bunkbed space between the bedrooms. In total, the two houses can sleep up to 14 people!!

The Land
Casa Dar sits on 2,000 square meters (1/2 an acre) of a slightly sloped hill of subtropical desert. Only about half of the land is devleoped, allowing for thriving native plants to surround you. You are also just a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the beach!
Outdoor Living
Both houses are two stories and include wraparound patios and upper decks with a 10 x 20 heated pool that sits between them. The beautiful weather of Baja makes for the most amazing outdoor living experience.
First Level
600 square feet of open floor plan with a 1/2 bath, living room (with a pull out sofa), dining area, and full kitchen make up the downstairs of both houses. An open, L-shaped staircase takes you upstairs.
Second Level
The 600 square feet of upstairs’ space is slightly different within each house – intentionally designed to serve a diverse make-up of guests. Both include two bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people in a queen bed with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor decks.
The Upper House
The house that sits slightly higher on the land has a full wrap around deck upstairs and includes the very best view to the ocean. The landing at the top of the stairs includes an office space if work is absolutely necessary.
The Lower House
The house that sits slightly lower on the land has upstairs deck facing south and includes the very best view to the mountains. The landing at the top of the stairs includes bunk beds for additional sleeping options.
